Magpie Lamp.

The Magpie Lamp resulted from experiments in how far 3D printing can be pushed, using waste plastic processed into filament in-house. Instead of even layers laid down, the nozzle moved up and down, forming an open, almost woven-like texture. This ultimately inspired the overall shape, which zigs and zags like the nozzle.

The lamp also includes a diffuse inner shade so you can see and appreciate the texture without the bare bulb. No two Magpie Lamps come out exactly the same. They depend on the waste stream, which can change.
