Returns Policy

As much as I hope you enjoy your new lamp, things happen and people change their minds! You can return unwanted purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

This applies to all lamps except for custom made lampshades and lamps marked "seconds" (with known slight imperfections).

Returned products need to be suitable for resale to limit waste (after careful inspection). This includes returning the original packaging and the included bulb.

Please also note that you will be responsible for shipping costs to Muizenberg. If you would like me to handle the return delivery, I can organise and send you the delivery invoice from The Courier Guy.

Once the return as reached me and has been inspected, and the returns policy is adhered to, I will process a refund using the initial payment method.
